Our client, a seasoned property developer with extensive experience in residential projects, had worked with a wide range of builders, from group home companies to independent operators. After years of managing diverse teams, she recently completed her second project` with Ashcroft Homes. For this new project, the client collaborated with Ashcroft’s Property Development Consultant, Phil MacEwen, early in the process. Phil conducted a comprehensive site feasibility report prior to the settlement of a prime piece of land in a highly sought-after suburb. The site featured a main house and a minor dwelling, which were removed to make way for multiple new homes.

Three Windsor Homes: Built at the rear of the site, these two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes are designed for modern living, appealing to a diverse market of buyers.
The homes were constructed to Ashcroft’s usual high standards with quality finishes, ensuring they stood out in a competitive market. Upon completion, the Highgate homes generated significant interest and sold quickly, helping the client maximise their return on investment.
