Josh leads the sales team at Ashcroft Homes while also working closely with clients as a Property Development Consultant. With extensive experience in residential construction, property development and subdivision, Josh has helped many clients unlock the potential of their sites and move forward with confidence.

Josh understands the complexities involved in building and development projects, from early feasibility through to construction, and is known for his practical advice and clear communication. Josh enjoys working with clients to explore the possibilities for their property and develop smart solutions that maximise returns while keeping projects straightforward and achievable.

Phil has been a valued member of the Ashcroft team since 2012 and brings significant construction and property development experience to his role as a Property Development Consultant. With trade certificates in both Carpentry and Architectural Drafting, along with years of hands-on construction experience gained around the world, Phil has a deep understanding of the entire building process. Clients appreciate his ability to explain complex concepts in simple, practical terms, helping them feel confident at every stage of their project.

An experienced renovator and property developer himself, Phil understands how to minimise risks and maximise returns — expertise that sees many of his clients return to build with Ashcroft again.

Sarah is a highly experienced Property Development Consultant at Ashcroft Homes, bringing both professional expertise and extensive personal experience in property. Over the years Sarah has owned a number of investment properties, giving her first-hand insight into the opportunities and challenges of being a landlord. Sarah has also completed subdivision and new build projects herself. It was through one of these projects that she connected with Ashcroft Homes and recognised the value they brought to the project.

Subsequently joining the Ashcroft team in 2016, Sarah has now helped many families and investors unlock the potential of their land. Known for her honest communication style and practical approach, she is committed to helping clients feel confident and well supported throughout their building journey.

Before joining Ashcroft Homes as a Property Development Consultant, Cameron experienced the journey from the client side — developing 11 Windsor terraced homes across three adjacent sites he had purchased in Otahuhu. Having built and renovated several Auckland residential properties, he brings valuable hands-on property development experience to the role.

Cameron has been a landlord since his early twenties, leasing to private tenants, commercial businesses and social housing providers, and has a strong understanding of the Build to Rent market. He has also owned and managed a successful Auckland scaffolding business, giving him practical insight into construction sites and the building process.

With a solid understanding of the Auckland Unitary Plan and the realities of development, Cameron works closely with clients to identify opportunities and maximise the potential of their land.

Erin Palmer is the Business Development Manager at Ashcroft Homes and brings more than 30 years of experience in the real estate and property industry. With a Bachelor of Business Studies specialising in Property Management and Valuation, and a successful career in commercial agency, Erin has developed extensive knowledge of property markets, development opportunities and investment structures.

At Ashcroft, Erin works with a diverse range of clients including property managers, investors, iwi and Community Housing Providers to explore housing development opportunities. Drawing on his long-standing relationships across multiple sectors, he helps connect the key pieces required to move a project forward — from early development concepts through to funding, construction and delivery.

Erin’s experience allows him to bring innovative solutions to clients in a market that continues to evolve, navigating changing planning environments, funding requirements and buyer behaviour. He enjoys working closely with clients and project partners to develop practical pathways that unlock the potential of their land while ensuring projects remain viable and well considered.
