Our complete range offers distinct differences in plan size providing options for those with smaller sections or budget, right through to meeting the needs of larger families or people wanting an executive home.

6. Our Quality Controls
Quality is paramount to all of us here at Ashcroft Homes, and is taken very seriously. We expect to set the standards in the industry in New Zealand and accept nothing but the highest level of quality in all our homes.
We have developed our very own Quality Assurance Program to ensure each home is built to the highest standard at every step. A dedicated Ashcroft Homes Assessor is appointed to every new home build. They check that all building contractors adhere to our own strict standards, and our customers can rest easy knowing these standards exceeds those of the Building Act regulations at every stage.

We are committed to helping our customers through the entire build process and offer optional additional services to make the whole process even easier for our clients, such as Land Surveying, Resource Consents and Subdivision Management.

9. Our Pricing
Our philosophy at Ashcroft Homes is to build smarter and more efficiently so we can deliver more house for your money. Four key areas we have focussed which contribute to the reduced pricing we can offer include
- We build to our exclusive home plans only. These have been designed with cost efficiency in mind.
- Our Project Management system is smarter. We have a custom built project management system that has been developed specifically for our construction model, enabling our teams to work much more efficiently.
- Minimal Overheads. We minimise overheads where possible without compromising our service to clients. For example, we do not operate showhomes but instead show clients through homes recently completed or nearing completion.
- We are independent, not a franchise. We do not need to cover any franchise fees within the cost of your new house build.
