- Including premium inclusions such as stone benchtops, LED vanities and in-built cabinetry in our base pricing of every build.
- Keeping our overheads to a minimum without compromising our service to clients. For example, we do not operate show homes but instead show clients through homes recently completed.
- Operating as an independent family owned business. We don’t belong to a franchise network and do not need to include any franchise fees in our pricing to customers.
