May 25, 2022An experienced investor and property developer, Mike’s most recent project involved the building of two new 4-bedroom homes for immediate resale. Two critical factors for the project’s success were timelines and quality. Mike needed the homes to be built quickly to keep his finance costs to a minimum which would improve his bottom line. It was also essential that the final quality of both builds was excellent, with no corners cut. This would ensure great demand and a quick sale when the homes went to market.
This project took 12 months from start to finish even with an interruption from a global pandemic!
