Current Vacancies

Project Manager

An opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to join our dynamic and supportive team.

To be successful in this role you will need to have had at least 2 years’ experience as a residential project manager in a client facing role, managing the construction of multiple homes at any one time. A Construction Management related degree would be an advantage, but is not essential.

The skills and attributes we are looking for include:

  • Ability to communicate effectively to an array of stakeholders and clients
  • Proven experience meeting targets and deadlines in a previous role
  • Effective project management techniques to manage workload and ensure subcontractor and client delivery dates met
  • Sound technical knowledge and an understanding of relevant codes and legislation (Building Act 2004 and NZS3604)
  • High levels of personal presentation and professionalism
  • Sound computer skills – Microsoft suite

Senior Human Resource Advisor

An opportunity has become available for a Senior Human Resource Advisor to join our dynamic and supportive team.

In this role you’ll be supporting the Director and Managers with all things people and be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, training & development. You will role model the Ashcroft Homes values and be the custodian of the employee experience. Due to the ongoing growth of the company, there is a significant recruitment component in this role and would suit an HR professional with a recruitment background.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • At least 7 years’ experience in a Human Resources role with recruitment focus, OR a mix of Recruitment and HR
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Legislation and HR Best Practice and practical experience applying this in a similar environment
  • A tertiary qualification in HR Management, Organisational Development, or similar academic disciplines is desirable
